Datacenter Stability

ASPenLink's datacenter facility is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix in the same collocated facility boasting a packet-over-SONET OC48/OC12 Internet backbone providing high speed and diversely routed connections resulting in the highest levels of quality and reliability. ASPenLink maintains a dedicated T1 Internet connection monitored 24/7 and is supported by [Cisco 1700 Series], [Cisco PIX 500 Series] firewalls, and HP ProCurve switches. The facility is monitored by on-site physical security including security guards, motion detectors and cameras, individually locking cabinets and cages and card-key access.

ASPenLink uses HP/Compaq Proliant Generation 2 and 3 DL Series servers across the entire network. Each server is supported by a 24/7 4-hour response hardware and software service contract with HP/Compaq. For remote access, our Windows 2003 Terminal Servers are equipped with Quad Intel Pentium III Xeon processors at 2.0GHz with Hyper-threading and 4GB of RAM. All of our servers are equipped with Compaq 6406 Smart Array Controllers with 256MB caches.
