A: The ASPenLink solution eliminates your need to incur huge capital expenditures or loans for software and IT platforms, not to mention access to staff with extensive experience in the industry who have already configured the set-up so you can begin processing in the shortest time possible. ASPenLink is the most cost effective solution when you compare equivalent software packages, the cost of implementation, updates, upgrades, and maintaining your own systems in-house. Similar ASP services cost more and offer fewer features or inferior software.

A: ASPenLink's cabinets are protected with 3 levels of power redundancy. All cabinets are first equipped with an APC Smart-UPS 5000VA RM XL Uninterruptible Power Supply with step-down transformers supplying power to APC Switched-Rack Power Distribution units. This means the power on every outlet an ASPenLink server is connected to can be remotely cycled from an ASPenLink administrators PC, PDA, or cell phone. Each ASPenLink server is also equipped with a redundant power supply connected to a completely separate 20A power source meaning that if one power supply fails, the redundant power supply kicks in on a separate circuit and administrators are immediately notified. The second level of redundancy is provided by a 300 KVA UPS system that provides 1,000 amps of 208 volt power to all datacenter cabinets and cages providing an additional 15 minutes of power protection. Finally, the facility is backed-up by 2 1.75 megawatt diesel generators with 24 hours of fuel supply on site which comes online within 9 seconds of utility power loss detection.
